These include texts, structure, news and blog, calls-to-action, and contacts<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 3.<\/strong> I made a list of recommendations that would help you create a financial advisor web site that would embody the best practices from all over the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time to move on to the research itself!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Financial_advisor_websites_So_similar_so_different\"><\/span>Financial advisor websites. So similar, so different<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The first thing I noticed is that there\u2019s no unified approach to financial advisor websites. The best thing about robo-advisor websites is the substantial use of trust factors<\/em>, <em>such as testimonials, awards, etc.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Structure and navigation<\/h3>\n<p>Financial websites usually have <em>similar navigation<\/em> with a menu in the header and dropdown lists helping to find necessary information.<\/p>\n<p>Structurally, they <em>consist of multiple pages<\/em>, with the most significant points coming to the main page. Users can also read detailed info about each subject on a separate page.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pages and content blocks differ a lot<\/em><em>.<\/em> The following are the most frequent for a financial website: Services, Team, News &amp; Insights, Career, and Contacts. Surprisingly, there\u2019s a lack of trust factors.<\/p>\n<h3>Content<\/h3>\n<p>Clearly, financial advisors have <em>different approaches to website content<\/em>, with some using so-called \u201cwalls of content\u201d without proper visuals or icons. Fortunately, they remain in the minority, as most financial advisor websites have harnessed the power of content visualization and white space.<\/p>\n<h3>Images<\/h3>\n<p>Sad enough, <em>visuals are still a weak point of financial advisory websites<\/em>.
